Group Sessions

This is designed for a small to medium group who want to train together. Includes regular training programs (designed to meets the groups needs), dietary advice, and regular checks on blood pressure, weight, girth measurements, body fat percentage, water and muscle percentage, metabolic age and visceral fat. This also includes fitness test every 8 weeks.

Have fun with your friends while you exercise!

 

Boot Camp

A faster paced session for individuals who wish to improve and test their fitness levels against other individuals. A diverse range of exercises and games, with a different focus every week. We provide different exercises for every fitness level and abilities, so it’s great for beginners through to the more advanced.

Great for socialising and meeting new people!

 

Boxing classes

High intensity cardio session great for weight-loss and for those who wish to improve their fitness and upper body strength and endurance while burning heaps of calories.

Boxing is a great stress release and fun too!

 

Over 50’s Classes

Have trouble tying up your shoe laces? This class is specially designed to include components of flexibility, resistance, aerobic endurance, balance and strength to assist with the day to day movements for the older generation. The class is a ‘go at your own pace’ suitable for people with medical conditions, or bone and joint problems.

Get back your freedom of mobility and independence!

 

Aqua aerobics/Aqua Zumba

This aerobic class gradually increases from basic steps to a higher intensity work out. The density of water provides an increased resistance, 15 times more than on land. When it comes to weight-loss, water aerobics has been found to be more beneficial then many other sports due to the higher count of calories burnt. Added with the natural buoyancy of water, the stress on the bodies joints is greatly reduced meaning. It’s a great workout for the larger and older people!
